SGS Radio was started in the summer term of 2009. Steyning Grammar School worked together with Creative Partnerships to get the radio to where it is now. The project's main goal was to Inform, Communicate and Entertain. This was achieved at the first broadcast on the 17th July 2009 where students broadcast live to the school during the lunch break with a mixture of music, reports and live interviews. 

The radio is student led and is run by current students at the school from ages 14-18. SGS Radio will be broadcasting regularly during school hours. Specific shows containing reports and other material will be advertised well in advance. Click on the Listen Now link to hear what's going on right now.

Please feel free to listen to any of our podcasts or reports that are stored in the Listen Again section. There is a Forum available for people to discuss their views and ideas about different topics.
